FAITH, HOPE, & LOVE...

God loved the world so much that He sent His Son Jesus to die on the cross for the sin's of the whole world. God says that everyone has sinned and you must believe in Jesus. It is through Jesus' death on the cross that we can be forgiven of our sin. God want's us to live for Him. We either are living for ourselves or living for Him.

Knowing "about" Jesus is not enough; you have to know Jesus personally. Jesus said unless you are born again you cannot enter the kingdom of God. Religion, rituals, traditions, associating with a church name, and even religious leaders are only instruments that may (or may not) revel Jesus Christ; they can not give eternal life and can not forgive sin, only believing in Jesus Christ can. One often has a false sense of security through self righteousness yet God says there is none righteous, no not one. Salvation does not come from what you can do for God but what God has done for you. It is by grace that we are saved through faith in Jesus and not from ourselves; it is the gift of God not stuff we do otherwise we would boast in ourselves and not give glory to whom it is due.

As we put our faith in Jesus Christ, we are made alive and have peace with God; it is then we experience the abundant Joy of the Lord and by the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, we can love others as Christ loved us sacrificially. Likewise, it is then we receive God's grace, mercy and forgiveness. If you don't know Jesus personally, won't you ask Jesus into your life right now? Just say a simple prayer like this:

God, please come into my life and grant me eternal life, forgive me of all my sin. Wash me clean. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me, thank you for loving me and fill me with the Holy Spirit, in Jesus Christ's name I pray, Amen.

By doing that we believe you are born again. In Jeremiah 29:11 God promises that He has great plans in store for you and when you choose to follow is leading, He will guide you on to a path of victory in every area of your life. This new life begins with growing in Christ (2 Peter 3:18a). Growing in Christ comes through going to a Bible believing & bible teaching church. Jesus Christ said, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed" Jn. 8:31-32. Our church is non-denominational so all are welcome. We are starting out the way it began with the Apostles- in the home. We invite you to visit for a time of casual fellowship, contemporary worship, and informal bible study so come just as you are. "As the Spirit says... Come! And let him who hears say, Come! And let him who thirsts come. And whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely." Rev. 22:17 Or find a church in your area.
